About
Technical roots, commercial focus.
Hi, I'm Bhanu. I've spent my career joining up marketing strategy, measurement, people and, lately, AI, so that marketing shows up in the results a business actually cares about.

01The short version
I started as an engineer, found my way into digital marketing, and never looked back.
My career began as a project engineer at Wipro. That engineering foundation still shapes how I think about systems, data and process. At MyThemeShop I moved into digital marketing: SEO, affiliate growth and campaigns.
At BML Munjal University I worked on brand positioning and digital growth for a higher-education brand. At the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), I built marketing analytics, paid media, SEO and executive reporting capability.
Today I'm Head of Digital Marketing at GrowthTrack Info Tech, where I lead a large team and spend my days on growth strategy, operations and putting AI to good use.

04Principles
How I work.
A few beliefs I keep coming back to, whether I'm leading a team, planning a budget or writing a report.
- 01
Measure the outcome, not just the activity.
Impressions, clicks and posts are just inputs. What counts is what changes for the business.
- 02
Connect media spend to funnel quality and commercial impact.
A cheaper lead only helps if it turns into a customer. I want to see what every rupee of spend actually produces.
- 03
Build teams and operating systems that scale.
Results that depend on someone working all weekend don't last. Clear roles, steady routines and shared standards do.
- 04
Use AI to think faster, not to stop thinking.
AI is great at clearing busywork and opening up options. The decision is still yours to make.
- 05
Make reporting useful to the people making decisions.
A report is only worth making if someone does something differently after reading it.
